Dracut is voting to move forward.
Josh is well known for his volunteerism and dedication to the Town of Dracut through serving on many municipal committees and his willingness to help a neighbor in need.
Most politicians believe their plan is the only solution;
that's not Josh.
Josh believes your voice matters, he knows when to take action, and he knows how to get the job done right.
Josh believes in holding municipal government to a higher standard.
Dracut needs local leadership that will hold not only themselves, but others accountable for their actions.

Nothing changes, if nothing changes. Dracut has experienced hard financial times before, and now our town is again faced with the threat of losing common services from snow removal to a public library. Dracut needs a plan, but not the same old recycled plans that haven't sustained us in the past. Josh wants to bring a new approach and hear from the people of Dracut on what's best for Dracut.
Josh believes focusing on public safety must include the Fire Department, Police Department and Public Works Department working together. Each department is equally important for Dracut to function safely. Josh plans to facilitate discussions between the three departments to promote collaboration for improving safety within Dracut.
Josh believes the Community Preservation Act is the right tool for the job. As a member of the Dracut Community Preservation Committee, Josh learned how this program can greatly benefit our existing Dracut farming community, preserve our town's historical farming heritage, and grow our open space footprint. As a Selectman, Josh will have the opportunity to appoint to the committee townspeople who truly support and understand the value of the CPA and its capacity to protect the town's rural character and farming community.
Our country would not have the freedoms we have today without those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Josh believes it is a Selectman's responsibility to show not only gratitude, but to also support the Department of Veterans services so they may provide assistance to those who served our country.
As the only candidate with a son actively enrolled in Dracut Public Schools, Josh refuses to ignore this topic. As the husband of an out of district special education professional, Josh understands the importance of funding our schools and the needs of the families in our school district.
Josh wants to keep Dracut affordable, and he believes affordability can be achieved without sacrificing Dracut's rural character through reckless development. Dracut currently has a wide range of affordable properties. If Dracut continues growing, we will need a strategy for promoting careful and planned growth, so town services and our system are not overwhelmed or compromised.
Can't hold signs or spread the word? That's okay. Many of Josh's supporters have contributed through campaign donations via Venmo.
